Invite friends, make your reservations, and mark your calendars for November 1st at 6:00 PM! Roasted oysters and a delicious, plentiful buffet dinner will be served complimented by your favorite beverages and music. Tickets are $50 per person (or $52.50 if purchased online) for this all-inclusive party. Make your reservation by calling the Church office at 276-632-2896 OR sign up below by Friday, October 18th. Your prompt payment is your confirmed reservation.

ALL money for a reservation needs to be paid by October 18th. NO reservations will be accepted after October 18th. NO money will be accepted at the door.

Please sign up as soon as possible so the correct amounts of food can be purchased and prepared well in advance of the event.

We will have a SILENT AUCTION and BAKED GOODS for SALE that evening.

Tickets are available for a 50/50 raffle from Vestry members and the Church office. The cost is $10 per ticket or $100 per book, with a maximum winnings of $2,500.

You can mail a check or come by the CEC church office at 311 E. Church Street, Martinsville, VA 24112 to pay for your dinner reservations and purchase raffle tickets.

You can purchase dinner tickets online through PayPal on our website home page. The cost is $52.50 with $2.50 covering the PayPal fees. After making your purchase online, please come back to this page and fill out the needed information for each person who will be attending.

Casual Dress - outside rain or shine
COVID requirements will be announced closer to the event.
