The Dan Prince and Gene Medley Memorial Oyster Roast
Mark your calendar, invite friends, and make reservations for the Friday, November 6th Dan Prince and Gene Medley Memorial Oyster Roast at Christ Church! The fun begins at 6:00 p.m.
Tickets are $60 per person for this all-inclusive event. Make your reservation by signing up below or calling the church office at 276-632-2896. Take advantage of the convenient credit or PayPal options (small fee applies). Check or cash may also be dropped off or mailed to the CEC office (311 E. Church St. Martinsville, VA 24112).
The deadline for reservations and payments is Monday, October 26th. No money will be accepted at the door.
Please sign up as soon as possible so the correct amounts of food can be purchased and prepared well in advance of the event.

Directions for making your reservations and/or purchasing tickets for the Oyster Roast
1. Fill out the Purchaser Information section
2. Choose a method of payment (cash, check, money order, or credit card)
3. Fill out the Individual Tickets information section (names for anyone that will be attending)
a. By filling in this section, it will populate the number of tickets you are purchasing and multiply the cost per ticket ($60 cash, check, or money order), or $62.58 credit card. i.e. If you are purchasing three tickets using a credit card, it will show 3 tickets x $62.58 = $187.74 due. This will take you to PayPal to pay for the tickets.
b. i.e. If you are purchasing six tickets with cash, check, or money order (please specify), it will show 6 tickets x $60 = $360 due. Then mail or bring in cash, check, or money order to the Church office at Christ Episcopal Church, 311 E. Church Street, Martinsville, VA 24112 by Monday, October 26th.
