The Dan Prince and Gene Medley Memorial Oyster Roast - TICKET RESERVATIONS

Roasted oysters and a delicious, plentiful buffet dinner will be served complimented by your favorite beverages and music. Tickets are $50 per person for this all-inclusive party. Make your reservation by calling the Church office at 276-632-2896 OR sign up below by Friday, October 27th. Your prompt payment is your confirmed reservation.

ALL money for a reservation needs to be paid by October 27th. NO reservations will be accepted after October 27th. No money will be accepted at the door.

Please sign up as soon as possible so the correct amounts of food can be purchased and prepared well in advance of the event.

We will have BAKED GOODS for SALE that evening. Please volunteer to bring your favorite dishes, treats and sweets!

***** Our categories include cakes, pies, cookies, soups, casseroles and sauces. Please let Susan Smith know the descriptions and quantities that you are planning to provide.

***** Please bring all your delicious goodies to the Parish House on Thursday, November 2nd and Friday, November 3rd, between 9-2 in/on serving pieces which will not need to be returned to the creator.

A large ticket item auction will also be held. If you have any large ticket items that you want to donate, please contact: Susan Smith.

A 50/50 raffle is planned and tickets are available from Vestry members and the Church office. The cost is $10 per ticket or $100 per book, with maximum winnings of $2,500.

You can either mail a check or come by the CEC church office to pay for your dinner reservations and purchase raffle tickets.

Casual Dress - outside rain or shine
COVID requirements will be announced closer to the event.

*****We are bringing back babysitting with dinner and a movie available for $10 per child through 5th grade. Please sign up below to take advantage of this wonderful service!
