*****This Oyster Roast Bake Sale sign-up is for items to be sold at the Bake Sale on the night of the event. Please send items in/on a non-returnable dish/plate. ***** This is NOT the sign-up for individual desserts for the dinner. Contact Natalie Coleman at 276-732-3247 or via email at coleman.nf@gmail.com if you're interested in making desserts for the buffet dinner. We need volunteers to help bake brownies, bars, cakes, pies and cookies. Also, volunteers to make soups, casseroles, and sauces. Please sign up below and let us know what you will be bringing and the quantity. ***Please fill out the signup as follows: name (first and last name in the first field), what you are bringing (in the last name field), email and phone number. If your item(s) has nuts, please specify that on the packaging. Brownies, bars, and cookies need to be individually packaged in servings of six (6). Generous portions are appreciated (2x2). We will set up drop off for Thursday and Friday, October 31 and November 1 at the Parish House between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. Thank you for participating in making the 2024 Oyster Roast a huge success. |
