This annual non-denominational service is a blend of different cultural and spiritual traditions and offers community members a time for remembrance in words, music, and fellowship.
It is also a time for family members to re-join with the hospice family, recalling the time spent together caring for their loved ones and renewing the bonds of friendship.
There will be a reception in the Undercroft immediately following the service.
