The Diocese of Southwestern Virginia offers an annual workshop on Christian formation for those, clergy and lay, involved in forming disciples of Jesus in our parishes. On Saturday, August 23, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm at Christ Church, Roanoke, Dr. Lisa Kimball of Virginia Theological Seminary will invite us to consider how we are Baptized for Life, with God equipping us to share abundant life in Christ, transform local communities, and change the world.
